Josephine by The Pharmacy (May 11, 2012)
Seattle based The Pharmacy have brought back the classic countdown to their garage/rock single, ‘Josephine‘. Clocking in at under two minutes, ‘Josephine’ is full of fire. With a sound resembling that of The Zombies with a dash of The Ramones, The Pharmacy pack in a lot of bite to their new single. Having sewn together punk, psych and garage, ‘Josephine’ sounds fresh and modern instead of a modern song trying desperately to sound retro. It’s one of those songs that seem to end too soon but you can’t imagine how length could possibly make it any better. Lovecat
