Peace 4 Tha World 2.0 by Chalices of the Past (January 1, 2012) *
Peace 4 Tha World 2.0 is the sort of inventive mush we drool over. It’s got all the dynamics that makes traditional music so broadly enjoyable while it entertains a completely different notion of what music can, and is supposed to be. Most would probably dismiss it because of it’s structural oddities, but allow Chalices of the Past to unfold, to elaborate on their style before you miss out on one of the most enjoyable albums to hit the DIY community. I’m going to have a good time digging through the Rad-Rit line up.
