Rarely do I feel strongly enough about a visual artist to break from music and write it up, but for the past four years I, along with the Cooper Union student body, have watched the strategic development of artist, Natalia Silvestre Preciado. Today, her thesis show, The Piebald Proceeding, opens in the Cooper Union Foundation Building, from 6 to 8 pm. Come out and support the arts. Dingus
