I don’t know what it is but lately I feel my heart has softened. Instead of immediately jumping to look for some punk bands, I find myself clicking the ‘folk’ tab. Les soeurs Boulay have definitely aided in increasing my need for something a bit softer. Their song, ‘Lola en confiture’, is full of beautiful harmonies and finger snapping. Honestly, whenever handclaps, fingersnaps etc. are involved, involved you can count me in. Since this is Saturday morning, I feel that this EP will make the perfect transition album. Wake up slowly for once. Really, what’s the rush? Lovecat
