We’d like to thank all who attended this weekends event, Dreams Come True. We’d like to thanks the bands: Porches, Nelsonvillains, Battle Ave, and Year on a Mountain, for putting on an amazing show. And, we’d especially like to thank the ever-gracious Freecandy for welcoming us in with open arms for what will, hopefully, be the beginnings of a beautiful summer. Tonight, our beloved partnership with Meme Movement is about to pay up yet again for you show-goers. Only two weeks fresh from our last showcase, the next event will feature headlining heroes, Porches supported by one of my personal favorite line-ups; a line up that I’ve had the distinct pleasure of booking. Year on a Mountain, Viva Mayday, Battle Ave and Nelsonvillains will be striving for enlightenment from the time the doors open (at 830pm), assuring a night of powerful indie rock to help frame that dangerous ego. Join us, as we break in one of Brooklyn’s finest venues, Freecandy, and remember, it’s always free admission before 930pm, at our shows ($5 after).
