Like One EP by Silkies (Austin, Texas)
I have such a soft spot in my heart for fuzzy, garage rock lead by female vocals. It tugs at me until I give in. Silkies are definitely the epitome of my quirky obsession. Their songs are sweet and catchy with girl group harmonies and head bobbing drums. I could easily get lost at one of their shows, succumb to the music, dance until the last stroke of the guitar. Perhaps I need to bring this experiment to life, or at least dim the lights in my apartment and play their songs very loud. @LeahLovecat
