Blood on the Mound by House Of Fallen Stars (San Diego, California)
I can’t even begin to describe how much I love this. House Of Fallen Stars remind me of a darker Ladyhawke. That electro/dreamy sound but with a side that’s kind of mysterious. ‘Blood on the Mound‘ hooks you right from the start as you get a chill right down your spine from the eerie chant of “open your eyes, you belong to me”. House Of Fallen Stars have made me want to venture into that spot right under my ribcage, dig out some of those dark feelings and set them to 3 minutes and 18 seconds of electronic ‘darkwave’. @LeahLovecat
