Beach Ghost by Dead Folk (March 19, 2012)*
When I began listening to Dead Folk’s single, I found it hard to predict exactly what I was going to hear. From the first second, you are introduced to and almost inhuman feeling. ‘Beach Ghost‘, is a dark and daring ambient/psych from Portland based, Dead Folk. Starting out noisy and fuzzy, ‘Beach Ghost’ quickly ascends into something that seems limitless. Dead Folk have an experimental tone which gives the single an eccentric feel, with fuzzy vocals adding to Dark Folk’s mystery. Lovecat
